A more personal journey

Maybe you feel stuck. Or you sense there’s more to life, or to you, than you’re currently experiencing. You’re curious about psychedelics, and looking for the right setting to explore.

For ten years, we’ve been welcoming people into that exploration through our group retreats. I love this work, and what happens when people come together still moves me deeply.

Along the way, we’ve also received so many requests for private experiences. As a massive introvert myself, I understand the appeal. I love what becomes possible in the intimacy of a smaller space.

So I’m delighted to be opening this new chapter with Jimena, an experienced psychotherapist and psychedelic facilitator whose care and expertise I deeply value.

Every journey is still a surrender to the big cosmic mystery. We’ve got enough experience now that we trust the mystery — and know how much it matters to have good company along the way.

Private retreats

Time and space
to go deeper.

Some inner work benefits from stepping away for a few days. Away from the usual demands on your attention, with time to arrive properly and two therapists there to support you.

Our three-day retreat gives you space to prepare together, journey, and begin integrating before heading home. There’s time to get to know one another before the ceremony, and to rest, talk and make sense of what’s emerging afterwards — without having to rush straight back into everyday life.

We’ll arrange a venue in nature and nourishing meals with you. We also meet online before the retreat to explore your intentions, and afterwards to reflect on your experience and support your integration.

Another way to retreat

Would you like a little more time?

If you have the possibility to step away for longer, we can shape a four- or five-day retreat around you — with extra space for meditation, therapeutic work and simply being on retreat.

Before, during and after

More than the ceremony.

The ceremony is at the heart of your experience. The care around it helps you arrive feeling prepared, make sense of what unfolds, and carry it into everyday life.

01 / BEFORE

Preparation

Deep inner work asks for trust. Preparation is a space to begin building that trust, get to know one another and explore what’s bringing you here. We’ll make room for your intentions, hopes and questions, helping you arrive feeling grounded, informed and ready — rather than rushed.

02 / DURING

The ceremony

Grounding practices help you come into your body and the present moment. Throughout the ceremony, we offer steady presence and support, giving you the freedom to go inward at your own pace. There’s space for stillness, emotion and humour, and for your experience to unfold in its own way.

03 / AFTER

Beginning to integrate

Integration begins with time to rest, reflect and be quietly accompanied. On a private retreat, your in-person integration session is a space to begin weaving what you’ve experienced into words and practical next steps, while it’s still fresh and you’re still held by the setting.

04 / BEYOND

Continuing to integrate

Insights are only the beginning. After your experience, we meet again to look at how things are settling and support you to bring what you’ve experienced into daily life in lasting, practical ways. Together, we’ll explore what that might look like in your relationships, routines and the way you live.

Meet your guides

Two experienced therapists.
Here for you.

Experienced therapists

Integration & ongoing support

Support continues after your ceremony, with an online integration session with both therapists. Further therapeutic support can be booked separately.

How to book

Let’s begin
a conversation.

01

Tell us a little about yourself

Begin with our application form. Share what’s drawing you here, which format you’re considering and your health history. Set aside around 15–30 minutes; each person completes their own form.

02

Book your intake call

After reading your form, we’ll be in touch about the next step. If we invite you to screening, we’ll send a link to book a 45–60 minute one-to-one call with Jen — to get to know you, answer your questions and assess suitability before confirming an experience.

€80 per participant, charged separately.

03

Shape your experience together

If we agree after screening that this is a good fit, we’ll arrange dates, setting and costs with you personally, then begin your preparation together. There’s no need to choose a ceremony date or pay for the experience when you apply.
